Also performed analysis to support dispositions of various manufacturing defects and repairs.- A350: analysis to support design of thrust reverser composite blocker doors and associated metallic fittings.Engineering Automation- Developed loads database solution to factor & combine Nastran results from hundreds of load cases and store them in a database for fast querying and surveying by the stress analysts.- Developed a standard fatigue analysis tool that incorporated a library of material data, automatic spectrum development, rainflow cycle counting, and cumulative damage analysis. Developed with Excel and VBA, it used Excel cell formula as much as possible to ensure transparency and simplify validation.- Developed various other Excel tools & templates for standard analysis, such as composite bolt hole bearing/bypass (BJSFM), composite bolt pull-thru (and core crush), HyperSizer application utilities.Integration- Member of thrust reverser integration team assisting in construction, checking and running of finite element loads models for the A320neo nacelle.- Documented fatigue analysis methodologies for the various types of nacelle fatigue analysis.- Provided training and mentoring for various stress analysis tools and requirements associated with the A320neo thrust reverser analysis. -
