I currently manage 3 social media accounts. Here I create content directed for the target consumer. My main aim here is to convert the engagement into a customer and hopefully a loyal one. Social media is such an important strategy for businesses. It can grab someones attention if it's the right material. That's what i'm here for. I am always researching specific to the business and creating new ideas that I feel will attract and grow that businesses market and brand awareness.

I was in charge of preparation for the kitchen.This involved ensuring we had enough of everything for the day ahead, chopping and prepping vegetables. Restocking the kitchen if low of anything.Also filled the role of a kitchen porter.Here I washed dishes, the preparation area and kitchen each day.I also made desserts and served them accordingly as ordered.

I was working in the Del Mar County Fair where thousands of people entered every day. I got to work in a Mexican food stand called Mamacitas where I worked on the cashiers. This role included greeting customers and helping them out in any way I could. Taking orders and telling the kitchen staff what to do. I dealt with receiving money and working tills. This fair was always very busy so I worked efficiently and in an organized manner as this was how you would make the mos sales while keeping all customers happy and satisfied. I was in charge in delegating breaks to everyone and for how long. This was a vital aspect of the job because everyone needed their breaks however everyone was working different hours and there always had to be a certain amount of people on the tills and also in the kitchen. I was in charge of stock and ensuring there was enough quantities of everything. I was also in charge of ensuring their was money in the till for change while ensuring it was cleared after a certain limit. When closing I would close down the entire stand including the tills and counting money. This job was such a great experience for me because I got to work with people of all nationalities. I got to work with Mexicans and also Americans from different parts of America. It was so interesting to see all the different cultures. I also got to meet other Irish students who were also over there working. Working in the Del Mar County Fair was something I’ll never forget it was so much fun and great experience.
