Griffin is the co-founder of YUZUCO (www.theyuzu.co), a Los Angeles-based emerging brand that sources and creates premium, accessible yuzu products for award-winning chefs and bartenders. His experience with Yuzu began casually over a sour citrus and candy obsession as a young child. His crypto journey began at The Wharton School in 2015, when Reddit threads on Ethereum overtook his interest in finance textbooks. In the years since, Griffin’s passion for consumer adoption of crypto led to his involvement in casual and formal educational initiatives on the subject in his roles at PepsiCo, ConsenSys, and Trusted Health. He recently was a Teaching Assistant for The Wharton School’s inaugural “Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets” executive online course under Professor Kevin Werbach.In his spare time, Griffin loves walking, bartending for friends, and following his love for soccer through the Philadelphia Union, where he interned in 2015-2017, and Arsenal.
