👋 Hi, I’m Chris — a fintech product manager and UX strategist.I’m currently a Director of Product at Best Egg focused on optimizing the verification experiences across lending products, helping to make financial progress easier than ever.Previously, I worked on innovating acquisition strategy and digital transformation at Citi and led form design, A/B testing, and CRO (specializing in apply path optimization) at OneMain Financial. Before that, I wore a number of hats and juggled all things digital marketing for e-commerce and SaaS companies.I’m passionate about building great products that people love; fixing what’s broken and improving what’s already working. There’s nothing better than getting the right people in the room to identify a problem, develop a hypothesis, and create a path to discovering the right solution. Data is at the core of my decision-making process, I lean on it in everything I do.In my spare time, I also enjoy helping folks break into the product and UX space through mentorship and consulting — sharing both what I have found that works and some of the hurdles I have jumped over along the way.
