Conceive, plan, and deploy strategic and programmatic communications for nonprofit offering complex value proposition to energy efficiency program administrators in the United States and Canada. Position organization as premier forum for enabling energy efficiency. Formulate messages for target audiences such as manufacturers and distribution chains, government agencies, retailers, software companies, and construction personnel.• Strategy—for corporate and programmatic activities, plan communication goals, establish messaging, identify competitive differentiators. Currently leading Board revisioning of public mission statement. Design campaigns for CEE binational efficiency positions through web, print, in-person meetings, social media, and e-mail. • Brand—established identity, brand system. Carry out brand training and management. Consult on programmatic brands. Ensure brand adherence across materials.• Public relations—nurture relationships with government agencies, key industry stakeholders, and end use specific media platforms for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.• Member tools—championed new collaborative work application—the CEE Forum—and refocused public website. Designed both sites, managed six-figure budget, hired personnel, carried out design, usability testing, launch, and maintenance of public site. CEE Forum currently used by more than 2500 individuals. Visits on public site up 50% from previous site.
