As CEO, led the executive management team and was responsible for all sales, marketing, fulfillment, capital markets, financial, technology, human resources, legal, and risk management functions (100+ reports). Led strategy development and communication throughout the organization. Served as liaison between Keller Mortgage & Keller Williams Realty International (largest US real estate brokerage firm with over 180K agents).

Senior Executive of mortgage insurance startup. Responsibilities included development of financial and operational plans, analysis and refinement of product offerings, relationship development with regulators and potential customers, selection and engagement of an investment banking firm to lead a $500M+ capital raise, presenting to investors, and due diligence.

Led all Radian mortgage insurance operations, pricing, servicing, loss management, information technology, continuous process improvement, and project management. Responsibilities spanned over one-half of Radian’s operating expenses and FTE count.

Led Bank of America’s domestic and international network of 18 loan fulfillment centers and 5,500+ employees providing underwriting, processing, document preparation, and loan funding services for all mortgage and home equity lending. Also led all insource and outsource real estate services including property valuation, credit reporting, and title/flood insurance. Leveraged sophisticated process management tools and offshore resources to process over 2 million loan applications annually.
