As part of the Decision Analytics and Research Group, I helped PNC to paint a better picture of customer behavior (past/present/future). Through gap analysis and recognized reinforcement, I studied macroeconomic trends combined with internal data review to find white space for our client relationships and identify ways for improved client satisfaction.

Worked as an integrated member of numerous deal teams on transactions ranging from annual renewals of credit to leveraged management buy-outs. This role was a great combination of face-to-face exposure with clients and utilizing analytical reasoning to ultimately meet customer needs.
