Working as part of the plant controlling team in Svoge chocolate plant.Main responsibilities:- Monitoring of the variable costs of production including raw and pack materials, DVL & DVE. - Preparing weekly & monthly actual cost analyses with focus on usage variances- Valuating material write - offs, tracking production waste & preparing reports for the plant management- Analyzing the inventory levels of raw and pack materials, finished and semi-finished goods and spare parts- Providing analyses regarding savings opportunities and usage variances to Production, Continuous improvement and Business development departments.
