With over 15 years of experience in financial management and audit, I am currently the Chief Financial Officer at Amber Capital, a leading asset management firm in the region. I joined Amber Capital in May 2022, after working for EY for 13 years, and being promoted to Audit Director in 2021. At Amber Capital Armenia I’m part of the investment team and involved in management of EU -Armenia SME Fund, providing financial oversight for the Fund and Fund’s portfolio companies.At EY I led the audit of several large and international companies, managing team of 30 auditors.I have a master's degree in international economics from Yerevan State University, and I am a fellow member of ACCA, the global professional body for accountants. I have a strong expertise in finance management, FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling and cash flow forecast, cash management, international financial reporting standards, as well as in the Big Four accounting firms' methodologies and practices. I am passionate about providing strategic financial guidance and insights to Amber Capital and portfolio companies as well as ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency in the financial operations.
