Founded in 1982, the Marshall Memorial Fellowship (MMF) is GMF's flagship program. It provides an intensive learning and networking experience that aims to advance understanding and collaboration between Europe and the United States.

• Acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization and the primary liaison between the board and the organization’s staff  members. • Short and long term strategic planning for the organization, including developing programs to carry out the goals of the organization, and overseeing the implementation of these programs. • Overseeing fund raising operations, recruiting donors and keeping the board informed of the status of the organization’s finances and programs. • Leading and managing the organization, hiring and managing the staff, allocating resources and supplies. • Engaging the external community and building essential relationships for the NGO, building relationships with both the outside community and with the beneficiaries that organization is targeting.

• Management of educational projects implemented by the organization in Yerevan and the regions of Armenia in cooperation with its international partners.• Designing the content of the projects, learning curricula as well as aims of the training and capacity building activities.• Supervision of project managers responsible for carrying out projects with international dimension.• Training staff and Team Coordinators.• Working in cooperation with the institutional partners, managing capacity building events, designing the programs' conceptual frameworks, working and activity plans.• Supervising projects in all the phases; from planning to evaluation.• Coaching beginners, junior facilitators and trainers.• Organizing logistics, accommodation and travel for trainers and experts according to the standards of the organization.

The Section for Employment, Social Affairs and Citizenship (SOC) is one of six specialized sections within the European Economic and Social Committee. It has 135 members. The SOC section deals with a broad range of policy areas: employment and working conditions, social policy and poverty, education and training, justice and home affairs (including immigration and asylum), health, gender equality, disability issues, demography, family, culture, sport, citizenship, volunteering and the Roma. The section’s activities thus cover the work of several Commission Directorates-General, European Parliamentary Committees and Council configurations.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:▪ supporting the preparatory process of SOC opinions requested by the Commission, European Parliament or Council as well as own-initiative opinions, with policy analysis and specific proposals. ▪ regularly organizing public events, hearings and conferences in Brussels involving civil society organizations.▪ focusing on the EESC opinions in the field of Education and training, primary, secondary, higher and vocational education and training.▪ working on the opinions dealing with the social and professional integration of young women and men.

One Young World is a UK-based not-profit that gathers together the brightest young people from around the world, empowering them to make lasting connections to create positive change. It stages an annual Summit where the most valuable young talents from global and national companies, NGO's, universities and other forward-thinking organisations are joined by world leaders, acting as the One Young World Counsellors. At the Summit, delegates debate, formulate and share innovative solutions for the pressing issues the world faces.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:▪ Community Engagement: engaging with all One Young World Ambassadors within their geographical regions and sustaining momentum after each Summit and tracking the impact of individual Ambassadors.▪ Information Gathering: ensuring Ambassadors in their region complete the impact measurement questionnaire and stressing the need for robust responses.▪ Gathering film and other media: gathering compelling film and photography of Ambassadors in their region, including footage and photographs of Ambassadors initiatives and any media appearances.▪ Organizing physical and/or online Ambassador meetings/focus groups: encouraging organization of Caucuses physical and/or online meetings, which are aimed at fostering strong connections among Ambassadors in their region throughout the year.▪ Commissioning Ambassador Blogs: collecting the blog entries from the Ambassadors, so they can be sent to The Huffington Post and One Young Worlds official web-site.

YouthBank is a unique way of involving young people in grant-making within their local community. It is an all-Armenian initiative of nearly 9 grant-making committees run by young people. The funding distributed by these decision-making committees supports projects designed and run by young people that address issues and concerns relevant to them and their community.YouthBank is not just about giving out grants, it is a personal development programme, which will build young people’s self-esteem and confidence and provide them with an opportunity to learn new skills in leadership, team-work, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, report-writing, presentation skills, event management, interview skills and lots, lots more.

Cooperation for Development is a student-youth NGO founded by a group of students majoring in Political Science at the Yerevan State University. The members of the organization strongly believe that mutual understanding, intercultural dialogue and, thus, cooperation are the most vital requirements for development and success. The goal of the organization is to promote youth activism and involvement in social processes to aid the progress of our local communities, as well as find ways to integrate and strengthen bonds with regional and international organizations. Concerned with the apathy of the today’s self-centered person we decided to unite and combine our knowledge, experience and willingness to promote youth involvement in social and regional integration. We believe that “Cooperation for Development” can change youth into a more active, involved and considerate part of our society, we believe that cooperation is the most important and vital precondition for reaching progress and development.
