As part of a team of engineers participating in the design of Low Volume Sealed Roads by DCP Method. This is a revolutionary design methods that applies more common sense to come up with a quality product that is just fit for purpose. If these methods are applied as a matter of routine in our resource-challenged African States, we could seal over twice as many roads with the same budget. I plan to become an authority in the design of Low Volume Sealed Roads within the next few years.
