Plastic Industry | c.a. 700 employeeAs a board member reporting to the CEO in a Swiss multinational, I had the privilege of establishing and leading the Corporate Supply Chain & Strategic Procurement organizations, which were previously distributed under different responsibilities.This experience included standardizing, describing, and implementing all processes within the plan-to-deliver and quote-to-cash business areas. I introduced the S&OP concept, managed the company’s transition to the new "REACH" regulation, renegotiated all major commodities contracts, and oversaw the transition between two sources of supply without impacting the delivery plan.
