CurrentI serve as a strategic business partner to senior business leaders and their direct reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the employee experience with the overall organizational goals. Established the HR Department from the ground up, implementing all necessary strategies and processes. Developed and implemented HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks and manuals, performance management systems, HRIS implementation, onboarding/offboarding and multi-state payroll policies and administration. Implemented dynamic and scalable recruiting strategies to accommodate rapid company growth, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidate selection. Responsible for successful resolution of employee relations, compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, 401(k) administration, workers compensation and safety, HRIS maintenance, employee wellness program and employee activities. Oversees training and development and serves as the company's HIPAA Compliance Officer. Contributes to driving a performance culture by providing support and coaching to management in the areas of goal setting, evaluations, feedback and employee development.
