IT support for all Penndot, PEMA and DCED employees across Pennsylvania. Troubleshoot and advise according to procedures. Support for all technology devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop PC) and all software. Use of Remedy ticketing system to manage and route tickets according to procedures.

Remote technical assistance for Consolidated ISP. Troubleshooting and documenting customer issues with high call volume for DSL, broadband and fiber connections. Hardware troubleshooting for warranty and replacement. Hardware and software customer education.

Unstepping/stepping masts, replacement, tuning or repairs to wire/rod rigging. Sailing/boating safety and racing rules education.

Fiberglass and metal fabrications, gel coat/paint repairs, wood finish, rudder assembly & repairs, flooring, cable steering maintenance & repairs, cosmetic/ structural repairs and vinyl graphics installations.

Maintain inventory and complete work orders for repairs. Worked with Laser Performance in 2014 Sunfish Sailing World Championship to prepare boats for racers and perform repairs as necessary throughout the race.
