CurrentSources and attracts talented candidates for the organization. Identifies and defines hiring needs, sources talented candidates through events and advertising campaigns. Uses a variety of talent acquisition resources to obtain employment applications and employment prospects. Manages all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation. Maintains relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks. Attends college career fairs & recruiting events on a weekly basis. Utilizes an ATS (Lever) to document, monitor, and resolve candidate progress. Conducts phone screens with potential candidates to help prepare them for interviews. Schedules interviews. Follows up on interview feedback and reaches a conclusion regarding candidate status. Initiates the new employment onboarding process via Paylocity. Monitors newly recruited employees for retention. Posts and removes job postings. Assists in training hiring managers and support personnel on utilization of the ATS system.
