This puts a lot of focus on personal problem solving and being able to quickly research a problem and create solutions is a key trait. As the types of cases handled can vary from anything related to computers in a enterprise environment my base of knowledge is extremely wide and support on multiple platforms and systems is regular.

Being "kökschef" is basically a shift leader. Whenever I work I am the person in charge of the shift, responsible for all personnel during the shift and making sure the restaurant is run accordingly. I am also responsible for educating and training new staff and evolving our current staff.

I deputized as assistant Restaurant Manager at a Max restaurant in the Stockholm area. I was in charge of training their own shift leaders, or as we call them, "Kökschef" as well as their own assistant restaurant manager. During this period my task was to support and teach them how to lead and how to inspire their staff while teaching the "Max way of work". Making sure they know our values and visions as well as how to treat their staff. My goal was to help them become the leaders that they had the potential to be.One of the things I focused on during this assignment was to inspire my colleagues was to learn to work as a team and how much better you can perform when you are working as a close team and teaching the values of synergy. A good team of 5 will outperform 7 individuals on any given day.
