• Provides day-to-day operational support to both internal and external customers. • Work closely with client services, sales operations & sales and service team members to drive greater effeciencies with processes, reporting, tools, etc. to improve service and sales productivity.• Support key metrics tracking for the sales and services organization.• Support operation processes related to order processing, contract management, POS tracking & order submittal.• Manage lead generation through SalesForce- ensure proper coding, assignment rule accuracy, lead reassignment, uploading of leads, and data accuracy. • Salesforce administrative duties - creating user IDs, updating product lists, training to reps, running reports.• Upload Marketing Campaigns to SalesForce- create a lead source for tracking purposes, ensure list integrity and data accuracy/ completeness, manipulate the data to ensure proper coding of fields, ensure leads are assigned to appropriate persons.• Maintain sales and service resources, as needed (Outlook distribution lists).• Develop and maintain relationships with enabling functions (Finance, Operations).• Document relevant operations process workflow.• Other duties as assigned.
