I am a Staff Software SRE at Netskope, a leading cloud security company, with over 14 years of experience in systems engineering, administration, and management. I have a BA in Physics from Bard College and I am pursuing a MS in Applied Math from San Diego State University. My mission is to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud platforms that enable our customers to access and protect their data and applications.In my current role, I leverage my expertise in HPC and cloud infrastructure to support Netskope's global network of over 40 data centers, serving millions of users and billions of transactions per day. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and architects to automate, monitor, and troubleshoot our production systems, using tools such as xCAT, Linux System Administration, and Ganglia. I also contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our platform, applying best practices and emerging technologies. Some of my recent achievements include expanding our network capacity, enhancing our backup and recovery capabilities, and resolving complex performance and security issues.
