As a solo founder, I personally developed (coded) and marketed an application designed to help doctors and dentists build their digital presence. BRMed, which operated in the SaaS, social network, and online marketplace sectors, garnered approximately 40,000 registered users (about 6% of the total number of doctors and dentists in Brazil). To accomplish this, I utilized advanced web scraping technologies and incorporated multiple APIs, such as Stripe and Twilio, to simplify procedures and deliver users an exceptional experience.However, despite my best efforts, I struggled to maintain high user engagement and improve the K-factor enough to achieve exponential organic growth. And I was not willing to raise funds for this venture.

I started this e-commerce company from my parent's house, with no financial resources. However, against all odds, I transformed it into the largest nutritional supplement retailer in Brazil without relying on any external capital. In 2013, I engaged Morgan Stanley to initiate a competitive bid process to either raise capital or sell the company, and as a result of this, I had a successful exit.This company also had operations in these segments: SaaS, Online Marketplace, Direct Selling.
