Responsible for a group of 8 people who was in charge for the management of networks ITAPAC, HELLASPAC and MALTACOM, and in particular of:• Support H24 (level 2 and 3) to Telecom Italy for the network ITAPAC;• Integration testing of new releases software for the networks managed;• Architectural evolution of managed networks and in particular of ITAPAC.Main achievements• Design and implementation of the ATM backbone for ITAPAC;• Analysis and management of issues related to the Millennium Bug.

Responsible of the activities for the networks ITAPAC, HELLASPAC and MALTACOM with the objective of defining and executing test scenarios related to network configuration, routing, billing and management software, in collaboration with the customer, prior to the release of new SW.Main achievements• Start-up HELLASPAC II: coordination of 4 people with the task of installation, acceptance, and start-up of the network, working in Greece at the customer's premises for a period of 2 years;• X.25 and X.75 protocols adaptations for ITAPAC: activity done at Alcatel in France for 15 months.
