* Responsible for booking orders within a 24 hour period. This will include review of all terms and conditions, pricing analysis, product definition and delivery requirements.* Coordinate the scheduling and shipping of products with those either manufactured or staged ensuring special shipping instructions are followed.* Expedite orders on an “as needed” basis with production.* Central point of contact for order errors, changes and/or cancellations* Monitor request dates and resolving past due request dates with the customer and or Account Manager.* Work with Supply Management to prioritize orders per customer requirements.* Drive weekly expedites calls with customers, Account Managers and Supply Chain.* Mediate between Customer and Support Center for mis-shipments, coordination of technical support and shipping on the timely resolution of these items.* Ensure Dead Of Arrival cases are opened and solutions communicated to customer prior to closing of case.* Process credits per corporate approval and price exception verification* Process equipment return authorizations, weekly follow up with regions on outstanding issues.* Create/Maintain Customer Master Data for Direct Customers. Creation of new accounts in coordination with Channels and Credit Dept.
