- Ensure compliance of Spain Business Functions with applicable Codes of Practice and Spanish regulations including : a) Copy approval of promotional and non-promotional material and activities subject to Code(s) of Practice (Farmaindustria). b)Recording and management of transfers of value to healthcare customers contributing to the transparency disclosure .- Actively participate in and assist with preparations for system (internal) audits / inspections where necessary.- Raise and manage Quality Events and CAPA as appropriate (Trackwise)- Assist in the preparation, updating and implementation of all medical written policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
