  I started as a primary care nurse then got promoted to MDS Coordinator. I audit charts , physician orders and visits, work closely with therapists to ensure quality care and schedule MDS assessments for state and federal reimbursement. Meet with patients and their families to assess progress and declines in health status, also educate when needed. I have worked at Vancrest since 4/2002. I started as a CNA, then LPN, now I have completed an RN course in 2011 and am waiting to take my Board Exam. I am willing to cross train to fit the needs of my employer.
