☀️Effective transformation is not achieved by enforcing change but by coaching people through it. And this is what I do best. I guide people alongside agile transformations, so they can create a new mindset throughout the process and work through the implications of the change themselves. In this way, they become co-creators of the change, and they are more likely to support what they themselves create.🏅My experience is a combination between IT background, Software Teams Coaching and coaching support for expats. I worked 15 years as an international system consultant, coached software teams in Scrum and Kansan since 2020 and lived more than 20 years as an expat in Asia, North America and Europe. This experience inspired me to become a coach for expats a while ago, and I've been passionate about learning the latest coaching methodologies. Therefore, I've taken new coaching trainings every year, so I can support my clients with the best methods and techniques.🏅My most recently certification in December 2023 was the Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant by Scaled Agile Inc. In 2020 I got the Agile Coach Level Advanced by the TÜV Organization in Germany.
