Help controller close and prepare monthly financial statements. Performed monthly general ledger entries and made sure accounts were in balance. I worked in collaboration with controller to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in support of overall business objectives. At this point my department grew and was now responsible for 12 employees who were from the order entry & accounting department.
