Benchmarking and salary structure alignment.• Lead and manage 6 annual audits, managing to advance to 43 places in the Top 100 GPTW; obtain the 1st Certification in Equality and Non-Discrimination Practices; and recertifications in ESR, Moderniza, ISO 9001: 2015.• Develop Social Responsibility Plan (Ethics Committee, Whistleblower Channel, health and wellness program, sustainability program).
