Current-Working with children of various ages to help facilitate their growth and learning within the subject of English -Adapting and refining my teaching approach and methods to best cater to the diverse age groups and English abilities of my students-Improving my communications skills to ensure clarity when explaining concepts to students and encouraging them to be actively involved in their own learning-Guiding students to enhance their critical thinking skills by showing them how to analyse questions and actively find their own solutions/answers-Working in an efficient and organised manner in order to complete student marking whilst also assisting students with their current work-Creating a positive and engaging learning environment to motivate students to excel in their studies
