- Supervising the work of several subsidiaries abroad, with respect to the preparation of monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts, statutory financial statements.- Analyzing results of local subsidiaries and reporting results to the upper management, highlighting trends and issues.- Contributing to the start up of a new entity, taking care of finance related matters. Appointed as a member of Board of Directors of the new entity.- Facilitating the integration of the group’s entities in the consolidation perimeter and providing local management with guidance on specific matters (e.g. transfer pricing, accounting procedures, IT integration).- Supporting the preparation of consolidated budget and forecasts.- Supporting the Finance Reporting team in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

- Monthly closings, preparation of management reporting and statutory financial statements for the six group entities worldwide.- Forecasting activities, incl. liquidity plan.- Variance to budget, variance to forecast analysis.- Assisting the activities of external auditors and local tax advisors.- Supporting ad-hoc requests and special projects (transfer pricing, new ERP implementation, process improvements).

Managing accounting tasks for the Swiss and Austrian Bolton Group subsidiaries.Key responsibilities:- Performing daily accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, tax declarations. - Preparation of reporting package and financial statements in line with Group Accounting Guidelines IFRS and local statutory requirements.- Providing the management team with daily and weekly sales reports and ad-hoc analysis.
