• Acquisition of material components for the production of manufactured cosmetic goods of multiple client projects, while observing company cost efficiency and best profit margins.• Observation of procurement procedures such as PO creation, receiving, transfers, and sales order invoicing.• Manage inventory and process inventory reconciliation reports to keep meticulous and most up to date data on components to produce accurate purchasing need forecasts. • Maintain open and professional lines of communication with vendors and colleagues to efficiently problem solve and meet project/ manufacturing deadlines. • Request bids from competing vendors and initiate negotiations of winning bid to meet project budget. • Examine finished goods and perform quality control procedures to ensure customer approval and project fulfillment. • Assist R&D department in onboarding potential and new clientele during informative initial meetings by providing information about our company and the services we offer.

•Scan incoming inventory from DC’s daily.•Process returns listed on DC’s manifest.•Keep correct records of inventory.•Bookkeeping and management of Returns Manifests and Receival Manifests. •Deliver parts to commercial clients.•Help retail team with sales and customer service inquires.•Update planogram displays to keep current with store layout.•Answer multitude of calls both retail and commercial.•Pull inventory to keep store fully stocked and efficient.•Investigate missing items pending to be returned.•Attend annual inventory at other stores within the district.

•Contact/assign sub-contractors and service men to remodel projects and keep them informed of schedules and deadlines.•Schedule full residential rehabs so that broker deadlines and open houses occur on scheduled dates. •Type bid proposals under the direction of company contractor and edit content to send to brokers.•Manage a multitude of incoming calls and distribute to correct extensions.•Generate work orders for sub-contractors on a daily and weekly basis. •Manage and organize bookkeeping of completed projects.•Attend to warranty issues of rehabs, and work into project scheduling.•Visit rehab sites to approve maintenance work is adequate, capture/ and maintain pictures of finished work, and email brokers completed project files.•Organize project computer files for company’s easy access and archive searches.•Light assistance with financial bookkeeping and paycheck distribution.•Serve management as personal assistant with other tasks and duties.
