My job is to create a climate that allows Chillisoft individuals and Chillisoft the company, to thrive and contribute to society, technically and by the manner in which we engage with our ecosystem. I believe that a large part of happiness is attributed to making a contribution, deliberately choosing options, adding value and having a purpose. These beliefs form the basis of Chillisoft values, that shapes our organisation.My job is to nurture, define and facilitate the environment so that we at Chillisoft continue to be fulfilled by the work that we do and the value that we add to customers. I do this by managing and developing our culture, creating the climate for learning, conversation, delivery and creating systems for self-organising behaviour.

Created and set up a company for ex-CoreBiz Staff, namely Chillisoft Solutions Pty Ltd in 2005. I have subsequently functioned in an advisory capacity, whilst I was on sabbatical.In November 2008, I returned to Chillisoft as a director in an advisory capacity.

Designing thinking, living working spaces for knowledge work. My role is to envision human centred design spaces and products to enable teams to co-create, share ideas and focus at work.

Started a consulting and IT development company that focused on small-medium sized businesses and government departments.Grew from a one person business to employing 3 members and 16 developers in four years.Business was successful and enabled me to be on sabbatical for 3 years.

Responsibilities• Analysing the existing process routes and recipes for conversion to the new MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system.• Short and medium term capacity and material requirements planning for specific products.• Production scheduling of equipment.
