Visionary architect for the VxBlock & Vscale platform organization. Provided architectural runways for the VxBlock platforms from a combined Systems focused perspective. Regularly met with platform architects from within EMC to build relationships between platforms and specific solution-oriented use cases and architectures. Worked with top-level vArchitects and pre-sales teams to deliver training on the platforms and collect customer specific use case information.

 Lead architect for the VxBlock 1000 platform. Developed the initial concept and created the system-wide architecture for the platform and provided guidance for integrating the product into the Converged Infrastructure portfolio. Developed blueprint for system connectivity and component selection within the server and networking infrastructure. Worked closely with engineers to build ordering rulesets. Developed and delivered a 4-day training program on the platform to enable sales, pre-sales, and the technical resources across the Dell EMC organization.

Served as a combined system architect and system engineer role on VxBlock mid-range platforms (i.e. 320). Built prototype systems, performed initial build testing, developed build documentation for the 320 platform. Created workflow logic to be used by the ordering systems for system configuration.

 Served as the lead architect on the primary VxBlock systems platforms - VxBlock 340/350/540/740 as well as other products like Storage Technology Extensions, Compute Technology Extensions, and the initial rollout of the Vscale platform. Provided system configuration guidance to the engineering team that covered areas of builds including technology selection., technology implementation, documentation baselines, and orderability. Served as primary interface between product management and system engineering. Acted as primary interface with the ordering systems teams to develop ordering process and evolution for the VxBlock Platforms.

Provided consulting services for the newly formed Remote Management organization within Acadia/VCE. Was primary technical resource for selection of tools to be used to monitor and report against customer systems. Developed requirements for the specific software installations and acted as a administrator for the tools, once deployed.Served as lead Subject Matter Expert in Converged Infrastructure (Vblock) systems for the remote management organization. Provided 24x7 support for multiple customers, including performing day-to-day administration, problem troubleshooting, and system deployment. Developed operational guides for managing the systems, provided on-site support for issues found at customer sites, and met with existing and potential customers to discuss techinical solutions and features provided with our services.
