Plan and develop a production program to fulfill customer requirements as well as corporate inventory plans.- Report of Key process as Inventory Turns, Inventory DOH, Supplier Delivery Performance; Delivery Performance with customer, Premium Freight expenses.- Inventory control, cycle counts and physical inventory coordination within the warehouse. Establish and follow of Cycle counts program to assure inventory accuracy. Inventory accuracy corporate goal 99%; cycle counts program to count complete plant every quarter.- Responsible raw material receiving area, receipt of all materials, receiving audit to identify discrepancies and report on timely manner to supplier. - Finish Good warehouse, establish inventory policies/levels to accomplish customer requirements and meet corporate goals.- Customs and logistics areas responsible, basic knowledge of customs process for importation and exportation. Follow up logistic coordinator to make the import / export process of raw material and Finish good.- Freight and customs budget elaboration according to operations plan. Develop the department budget according to Forecast.- Purchase and release of raw material to suppliers to support production plan according to customer releases.- Personnel reporting in charge: 1 import and export coordinator, 3 warehouse supervisors and 8 material handlers (forklift drivers)- Knowledge of AS/400 system, usage of MRP, inventory control, invoicing modules of the system.- Principal customer: American Axle Manufacturing and Magna Powertrain.
