I'm Germán Martínez, an entrepreneur passionate about project management and the founder/director of Innova PMO.💼 In 2017, we established Innova PMO with the purpose of providing strategic support, consultancy, and training in Project Management to organizations and individuals. Today, we are proudly serving clients in multiple countries, primarily in the technology and finance sectors.🏡 Additionally, I am the owner of Balcones del Sol, a real estate and tourism venture that stemmed from my fascination with project management and its value across different industries.🎓 With a background in Systems Engineering from the National University of the Center of the Province of Buenos Aires (UNICEN), I have amassed over two decades of experience as a software engineer in renowned IT companies.🔍 Currently, I work as a project management consultant, instructor, and agile coach. I've had the privilege of collaborating with numerous companies in adopting agility in their project management processes.🎙 As an instructor and speaker, I am on a mission to share my passion for Project Management. I have developed training courses and exam simulators in Spanish to support individuals in obtaining PMI-ACP, CAPM, and Disciplined Agile certifications. Additionally, I actively participate in conferences and seminars to exchange knowledge and experiences in the field.🌐 Giving back to the community and the profession is paramount to me. Therefore, I am an active volunteer with the Project Management Institute (PMI) globally and with the PMI Nuevo Cuyo Argentina Chapter. I have had the honor of holding leadership positions, such as Vice President of the San Luis Branch (2016-2019) and President of the Chapter (2020-2022).
