Lacrosse has been a part of my life for fifteen years and the lacrosse industry has been my life for the last five. Working for Trilogy Lacrosse for all of these years has opened my eyes to new possibilities and renewed my desire to help spread the love of the game.I have worked as part of a small sales team where ideas and strategies are shared freely and where trying new things is not only allowed, it is promoted. I also have experience in marketing; specifically being in charge of promotion and outreach in the state of Texas. As part of my duties I also supported our social media presence with content and strategy.As an operations officer I gained invaluable experience in organization and leadership. I brought together lacrosse staff, support staff, and players to facilitate a positive and successful experience for everyone involved. As the youngest member of the Trilogy Lacrosse team, I felt privileged to be trusted by my peers with those responsibilities.My colleagues know me as a highly energetic member of a team, someone who is always striving to learn, and always a springboard for ideas. I also recognize the needs of the consumer and the business, and I can adapt and follow others when need be. I can (and often do) work alone, but I believe I am at my best when I can collaborate with others.As I work on completing my Masters of Management in Acquisition and Supply Chain Management, I hope expand my knowledge of how the lacrosse industry functions and ways to streamline and increase effectiveness of supply lines in this rapidly growing market.
