I am a qualified professional with a focus in project management of software implementation. My career to date has been marked by a constant search for excellence and a commitment to high-quality deliveries. As a native Brazilian, I am fluent in Portuguese and have intermediate/advanced English and am prepared to work in global and multidisciplinary environments.I have already been responsible for several software implementation projects, where I was able to hone my communication, logic and management skills. While managing these projects, I actively communicated with stakeholders, managed the schedule and scope and carried out process mapping together with the operational teams. I've also developed various reports in SQL, presented training to more than 600 people simultaneously, performed data analysis in Excel, and worked together with my team to always deliver everything with high quality.In my routine, I have daily contact with my clients and also with the internal development team. I manage based on agile methodologies and always try to keep everything as organized and documented as possible to reduce project risks. In addition, I always try to use AI tools to optimize my activities and together with my team we solve the problems that arise.I love technology as much as managing people and projects. That's why I have an easy time with programming logic, I have a good command of the Office Package, especially Excel, and I'm looking to improve my management skills even more. I'm Yellow Belt and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), and I'm about to start a postgraduate course in People Management. I'm always looking to gain more certifications and increase my experience as a manager.
