I was responsible for the events team, and for the development and delivery of events at E.J. Churchill. I fully co-ordinated events from creating and building client relationships, event inception, fee proposals and costings, budget management, client liaison, through to delivery, post event feedback financial breakdowns. I worked together with the Business Development Director to reach financial targets, maintain partner relationships and deliver outstanding events in line with the E.J. Churchill ethos. I worked cross-functionally with marketing and finance throughout the delivery process to ensure the best events possible were delivered to clients in order to meet their requirements and exceed their expectations. I also worked across our three sites, E.J. Churchill, The West Wycombe Estate and The Swinton Estate.I successfully delivered events for a range of clients including; Patek Phillip, British Shooting, Wormsley Estate, Harrow School, Oxford University, Bremont Watches, Telent, Debra, British Racing Drivers’ Club, The Soldiers Charity, Wings for Life and Private individuals.
