I provided general office clerical support to program assistants and managers with tasks such as managing the front office, providing research assistance, and entering data into an on-line survey tool in support of business decisions. To gain experience in project management, I was tasked with coordinating the clean-out of a large supply room that had to be vacated on short notice by inventorying and distributing approximately 2,000 books across the department for use.

I assisted faculty and students with a variety of administrative duties, as well as provided data-entry support in order to provide reports to staff members for analyzing student attendance.
