 Running the entire Limpopo province stats, this consists of• Converting files from site on a daily basis• Balancing these totals(files) to the accounts department• Manual Payment captures and the balancing of these figures• Good communication had to be established between me and the different Districts• Good communication had to be established between me and the different levels of Management• Some problems residing from the different Regions had to be resolved using DOS• Updating Limpopo data into a SQL Database• Running basic SQL scripts to obtain data for further investigations• Daily backups of this database Eastern Cape(OSF)• Matching hard copies from the Districts to an Oracle Database(To obtain accurate data as to exactly where people where paid)• Fixing data that might have pulled through to the Oracle database due to a number of reasons• Checking the GPS locations that are sent up by each team from satellite to confirm the point of payment.• Month End Stats(Management Stats) Paid & Unpaid(Region, District and Beneficiary) – Summary Reports• Pension Stats Pension Stats per Region Checking the validity of the data after all downloads have been done  I have extensive knowledge of Excel and Access as I’ve been working on both these programs for 8 years doing Analysis from data originating form systems such as• Oracle• Meditech• Stratus• Dos(Text Files)• Access• Excel Give Basic training in Microsoft(Access) and Microsoft(Excel)
