Part of AON D&A busines unit, I was responsible to lead a loyalty service (Inspiring Benefits) for +80 companies in Portugal with +50% revenue YoY.- Team leadership: Inspiring an 8 people team to deliver high-quality service for clients; - Financial analysis: P&L controlling with direct report to Deputy CEO;- Market Intel: bring data to guide medium/long-term business strategy;- Business Development: identify new/up/cross-selling opportunities in coordination with other business units. Main focus on financial and retail sectors;- Customer management: all-hears for critics, suggestions and improvements.

- Assisting market development with corporate presentations and business cases to deliver to HR and Marketing decisors;- Assisting clients on service implementations (APIs, GDPR compliance, functionalities documents)- Product management with IT department weekly meetings for feedback collection and introduction of improvements on user experience;- Daily support to corporate clients mostly on KPI analysis, data interpretation and email-marketing plans to increment user interactions;- Digital campaigns negotiation with B2C brands (fixed fees, CPL, CPC and CPA) and monthly metrics’ report;- Execution of BTL marketing actions to target corporate markets such as HR fairs’ organization and articles' publication on specialized magazines.
