As a fleet account manager, my role was to analyze the numerous factors that contribute to the cost of operating the Toyota lift trucks in my customers' fleets. Working with the Toyota dealer network, I pursued to identify best practices, proper service intervals for the application, and collaborating with my customers. All of these activities are aligned with a best in class ownership experience.

I managed Toyota's parts and service relationship with several of our national account customers, also known as aftermarket or aftersales manager. I worked with our 200+ dealership locations across the United States and Canada, as well as with corporate staff at LTL freight companies, building supply companies, warehousing and 3PL providers, as well as manufacturers of consumer goods.

I was responsible for the aftersales activities and business for Generac and Honeywell dealers throughout the southern United States. This includes managing parts and accessory sales, coordinating warranty and training, as well as sharing best practices to increase the performance and absorption of the service department.

I was responsible for the industrial channel of national accounts for Honda Power Equipment products. These accounts included national and local rental companies such as United Rentals, RSC, Sunbelt, Hertz, True Value, W.W. Grainger, Northern Tool and Equipment, as well as Acme Tool Crib. Responsibilites included achievment of sales goals, conducting sales and service training, as well as supporting customer events and national shows such as World of Concrete, The Rental Show, ConExpo, etc.

While at Honda East, I managed all aspects of the power equipment department- new equipment sales, parts sales, and service. I had five team members who worked with me, growing the business 20% per year, and becoming the top dealer in the local market. The performance of the parts and service departments increased ten fold during my tenure.
