As an Administrator within the School of Science and Engineering, I have covered all aspects of the students’ journey, from matriculation to graduation. This role involves covering everything from UKVI issues and Timetabling, to Mitigating Circumstances and Academic Misconduct Panels. Within the school I have also covered a lot of tasks to assist in cover vacancies or sickness, such as minuting School meetings, invoicing, covering reception or organising Prizegiving events.

As convenor, I was responsible for the Children and Families Service of the Council. With an annual budget of around £180m, this represents almost half of the annual council budget - covering all education and children's social work functions. Prior to becoming convenor, I was the depute convenor of both the Children and Families Service and the Education Department.
