My passion for electronic circuits comes from my childhood: I would draw and build my own electronic gadgets at home, from a mosquito repellent to an overdrive guitar pedal. Back then it was mainly copying existing DIY projects, lots of trial and error, and eventually some of the devices got good enough to be usable.During the last 15+ years I've been connected to different design contexts, which definitely shaped the way I conceive the design nowadays.1) Being a teacher at University shaped me towards making myself clear: read and criticize my own words until the concepts could become easily reachable by students.2) Designing embedded devices in the electromedical industry was a deep dive into knowing the system design lifecycle: from reading a standard and work out the requirements to testing the designrunning on a treadmill, and doing risk management all along the way.3) Doing design and management in the NewSpace industry during the last couple of years has led me to actively seek for spots where I can be a key actor to make things happen: identify the necessity, translate it into a valuable project, build a plan and a team, and get it done!I enjoy working out and simplifying the management challenges, making comprehensive plans, coaching people to promote local leadership and knowledge exchange, and teach by doing.
