I provide programming solutions for the Center for Integrated Fungal Research at NC State University. My daily tasks involve maintenance and upkeep on the Mobyle Snap Workbench, a bioinformatics web portal used worldwide. I write both frontend (XML) pages and backed (Python) scripts for users. Currently spearheading an initiative to transition to Galaxy, an open-source, web-based platform for data intensive bioinformatics research.
