Explored the use of the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) in the city of Pittsburgh, Pa. The BTOP program provided for computers and internet access to under privileged areas throughout the United States. The main goal of the research was to determine how these computer centers were being used by citizens and what would happen if the computer centers were no longer funded.
