Primary investor and overseer of a real estate development project in Forest Park Southeast. The project, located across the highway from Barnes Jewish hospital and in the bustling neighborhood of the Grove, features a gut-rehab of a duplex and transformation into a triplex. Collaborated with the Apted Brothers, established real estate developers, to leverage Opportunity Zone benefits such as capital gains deferrals and state and federal tax credits. Now completed, this multifamily property is in the rental pool in a perfect location in proximity with BJC and WashU.

Assisted in the 'retail scale' which tracks the in-bound and out-bound scrap from peddlers and non-industrial accounts; led a new inventory of self dumping hoppers.

Learned every aspect of the scrap metal business both in the yard and in the office. Shadowed and engaged with the best in the field, from operating a material handler to going on a sales trip.

Supervised children ages 8-14 as a counselor at the after school program at The College School.
