Administrative management of Regional Natural Park.The vast plateau of Marcarolo is located in the mountainous area of the Ligurian-Piedmont, in the extreme south of the province of Alessandria, located geologically in the system known as "Voltri Group." The area of the park is dominated by the massive pyramid of Tobbio mountain and has the distinction of enjoying the view of the Ligurian Gulf, located less than five miles. The area is of particular interest because of the abundance of waterways and characteristics flora and fauna.
