With a PhD in Neuroscience and a MS in Pharmacy, I have a strong scientific background and a passion for finding innovative solutions to healthcare challenges. I joined Putnam as a Life Sciences Consultant in Oct 2021, where I leverage my analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver high-quality results for clients in the biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors.As a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley, I conducted cutting-edge research on the role of experience in zebrafish prey capture behavior, using behavioral, modeling, and neuroimaging techniques. I also gained valuable experience in project management, leading teams, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders through volunteering work during graduate school. For example, I worked with Biotech Connection Bay Area, where I led a team to create a prioritization framework and identify high-priority targets for a local pre-clinical stage startup.In my free time, I practice leadership through event planning and fundraising initiatives for various art collectives in the Bay Area, such as CODAME Art+Tech.I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my scientific expertise and consulting skills to help improve the well-being of others.
