A member of an eight person team that evaluated Prasac, a national MFI in Cambodia. We not only analyzed the MFI's ability to pay back a loan, but also analyzed Prasac's social contribution by designing a social scorecard. Finally, we interviewed the local management team in Phnom Penh, their clients, employees and documents at three different branches around the country's capital. Created an 80 page report highlighting our findings. -
