In the spirit of keeping things simple, this is what I do:I work with people with muscle/joint pain or unresolved injuries - I help these people to get into great physical shape, while preventing injury, and decreasing pain using a non-medical approach.How do I do this?I use the methods introduced by Paul Chek and a few other industry pioneers - in conjunction with years of mentorship from advanced phyiscal therapists, and 8 years of personal and professional study.There's many different opposing opinions and approaches when it comes to anything involving health, performance, or rehabilitation. Despite all of that- one thing is for certain- the human body is an integrated system of systems
