• Performs and manages air transportation activities.• Plans, schedules, and processes eligible passengers and cargo for air movement.• Loads and unloads passengers, cargo, and baggage moved on military and commercial-contract aircraft.• Prepares and maintains air movement records and reports. • Performs aircraft cleaning services and delivers meals and comfort item supplies to aircraft.• Operates forklifts and aircraft loading equipment.• Uses computer systems to provide in-transit visibility over passenger and cargo movement operations.

• Receives and transmits transportation documents and information to and from HQ AMC and aerial port work centers.• Directs coordination of aircraft download, upload, and flight line operations with 618 TACC, AMCC, and MOC.• Ensures expeditious movement of special interest pax, life or death cargo, DVs, and mission capable parts for AMC.• Coordinates payload information with HQ AMC & en-route stations for accurate fuel & load planning purposes.

• Processes originating, terminating, in-transit and Special Assignment Airlift Mission cargo and mail shipments.• Responsible for Fleet servicing of transient military and commercial aircraft and load team member for cargo upload/download operations.• Prepares and maintains air movement records and documents using the Global Air Transportation Execution System.• Performs inspections and operator care on $7.4M general/special purpose and material handling vehicle/equipment fleet.

• Responsible for safe and efficient processing of originating, terminating, in-transit, and Special Assignment Airlift Mission cargo and mail.• Verifies eligibility of cargo and mail offered for airlift to include all labeling and marking requirements. Load Team Chief member for aircraft loading operations.• Prepares, completes, and maintains air movement records and documents using Global Air Transportation Execution System.• Responsible for servicing aircraft latrines, galleys, and potable water systems on military and commercial aircraft to include an inventory of expendable and nonexpendable items valued at over $85K.• Conducts on-the-job training for assigned personnel. Inspects, operates and performs operator care on general/special purpose vehicles and Material Handling Equipment.• Ensures standards and policies are complied within a timely manner.• ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Primary Vehicle Control Monitor and Physical Training Leader.

• Responsible for the processing of all Department of Defense (DoD) eligible passengers to include selection, flight check-in, customer service, and passenger loading/unloading of aircraft.• Determines passenger travel eligibility IAW DoD and Air Mobility Command (AMC) directives. Ensures passengers comply with immigration and border clearance requirements.• Utilizes the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) to provide accurate in-transit visibility of passenger movement through the Global Transportation Network (GTN).• Accepts, secures, loads, and off-loads baggage/cargo including rush baggage, firearms, and pets. Operates and maintains assigned Material Handling Equipment (MHE).• Ensures fire safety, security regulations, Air Force standards, and policies are complied with in a timely manner. Complies with all training requirements including Web-Based Training (WBT).

• Responsible for the processing of all Department of Defense (DoD) eligible passengers to include selection, flight check-in, customer service, and passenger loading/unloading of aircraft.• Determines passenger travel eligibility IAW DoD and Air Mobility Command (AMC) directives. Ensures passengers comply with immigration and border clearance requirements.• Utilizes the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) to provide accurate in-transit visibility of passenger movement through the Global Transportation Network (GTN).• Handles funds for head tax, excess baggage, and pet shipments. Accepts, secures, loads/off-loads baggage/cargo including rush baggage, firearms, and pets.• Operates and maintains assigned Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Ensures fire safety, security regulations, Air Force standards, and policies are complied with in a timely manner.• Complies with all training requirements to include the Computer Based Training programs.
